About Dynnovators Studio
18 months of documented research, development, and honest failure — building the governance infrastructure for AI decisions that regulated industries can defend.
Origin Story
Dynnovators Studio emerged from two intersecting paths: a life shaped across countries and cultures, and a deep conviction that intelligence—human or artificial—is built through conversation, structure, and creative tension.
Founded by Hugo Morales — Founder, MAGI Decision Core Platform — Dynnovators Studio began as a deliberate experiment: could structured disagreement between AI reasoning modes produce work none of the individual voices could create alone? Eighteen months of documented R&D answered yes — and revealed the architectural patterns that became MAGI Decision Core, now a production-grade governance platform for regulated AI decisions.
The path included documented failures: MAAG v1.5, abandoned when full automation without human oversight produced coherent but ethically hollow outputs. A v5 performance bottleneck that revealed synchronous deliberation cannot meet real-time production demands. Each failure sharpened the architecture. Each lesson is documented publicly — because clarity scales faster than proprietary knowledge.
"We don't build AI to replace judgment. We build systems that make judgment clearer, auditable, and defensible under institutional scrutiny."
Our Principles
The studio operates through a set of core principles that guide every project, from creative narratives to enterprise orchestration systems.
Clarity
Make thinking visible. Build systems where the reasoning is auditable, explainable, and structurally sound.
Dialogue
Intelligence emerges from structured disagreement, not single-voice certainty. We design architectures that embrace tension.
Humanity
Technology should amplify human insight—not override it. Our work ensures agency stays with the people who make the decisions.
What We've Built
Eighteen months of R&D, $218K self-funded (cash + founder time), and a production-grade platform ready for enterprise design partners.
This is embodied in MAGI Decision Core v6.13 — 790 tests, 0 failures, 8,313 lines of documentation, delivered at $1,500 actual cost versus $75,000 projected. The platform enforces structured disagreement between three epistemic agents (Strategos, Semanticus, Narratos), produces cryptographically-bound audit trails, and mandates human synthesis when agent divergence exceeds the configured threshold. The result: AI decisions that are auditable by regulators, defensible in court, and compliant with SOX, HIPAA, and the EU AI Act by design.
